We are delighted to announce the second SCR meal and talk of this Term. On Thursday February 23rd at 6.30 p.m. Professor Pippa Whitehouse from our Department of Geography will talk on The Antarctic.
With lots of superb photographs taken by Durham colleagues, she will tell us why it is important to study this region and what Durham researchers are doing down there. In addition to the talk, there will be an informal buffer supper in the Lakeside Room. Make a note of the date!
