NOTICE OF SCR EGM
Please accept this post as notice of an Emergency General Meeting (EGM) of the SCR to be held on Wednesday 25th June 2014 at 5.30 pm in the SCR Prowse Room.
The purpose of this meeting is to hold elections for the position of SCR Vice-President. The Committee welcomes all expressions of interest in this position. Further information about the position can be provided by the SCR President, Dr Victoria Brown ([email protected]).
If you wish to stand for the position of SCR Vice-President, please submit a statement of interest of no more than 150 words to myself, Graeme Hutchinson ([email protected]). Candidates also require a proposer and seconder who must be current members of the SCR.
The deadline for candidate submissions is midnight on Friday 20th June 2014. Statements from the candidates will be handed around at the EGM and distributed to the full membership via email. A vote will take place at the meeting and voting will remain open for 48 hours after the EGM to allow members not able to be present at the meeting to vote via email (by emailing [email protected]).
