Cake by the Lake

As part of the JCR Welfare “Stress Less” campaign there will be Afternoon Tea by the Lake on Sunday, 1st June from 2-4pm. Many thanks to those of you who supported this event last Sunday, by providing cake or attending the event. If you are able to provide any cake, shop-bought or homemade for Sunday, June 1, then please let Ben Hodgkiss, JCR Welfare Officer, know at [email protected].

Even if you are not able to bring anything, then please feel free to join the JCR for tea, cake and watching the new ducklings swim by!

Please note that we cannot accept items containing nuts or fresh cream. (I believe that the kitchen staff are going to look after any cake that is delivered before the event as they are also providing tea and coffee. Please note that if the weather is bad, we will have the cake in the JCR Well.)
